Visitors
This site keeps its own visit statistics: the pages viewed, the referring page, and technical information about your browser and device, with the IP address shortened before storage. No cookies are used. This is done on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the site. Server logs are kept for 14 days.
Mail to 110.dk is delivered through third-party email providers. What you write is kept for as long as the matter is open, on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering you.
Clients
We process business and accounting information belonging to engaged clients, under the engagement agreement and for as long as it and Danish bookkeeping law require. Access to a client's systems happens only with the client's authorization. Client data is kept isolated per client and is never shared or sold. Where we process personal data on a client's behalf, a Data Processing Agreement is entered into with the client.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy. Write to contact@110.dk. Complaints can be made to Datatilsynet at datatilsynet.dk.
